CADSTAT Static Dissipative / Anti-static 3 Layer Bench Matting

Our 2LBM series is a high-quality ESD-safe anti-static mat built to last in all electronic workshops. The 3 layers provide extra protection to your work surface and the lay-flat nitrile rubber prevents curling, ensuring a long lifecycle.

Meets relevant International Static Control Standards, including:

• IEC 61340-5-1
• ANSI/ESD S20.20

Blue 3-layer synthetic rubber:

• Nominal width: 1.2m (+/- 10mm)
• Nominal length: 10m
• Nominal 3mm (+/- 0.5mm) thick
• Dissipative top & bottom: blue,with a typical resistance <10⁹ Ohms @ 100V
• Conductive middle: black with a typical resistance <10⁶ Ohms @ 10V
• Typical useage range between -40 to +300°C
• Heat resistant to solder splash and short periods of 320°C
• Chemical resistant
• Hard wearing
• Excellent lay flat properties
