Carbo-Rite^TM is a carbon black-filled High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) available in sheet form for vacuum forming.
Thermoformed trays are lightweight and easily formed into deep pockets that maintain uniform static protection.
Carbo-Rite^TM has good stiffness and ensures uniform pocket formation even when dimensional tolerance is critical.
